SAMPLE CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR PROCESS ANALYZER & PROCESS ANALYZER INTEGRATOR

Several decades ago, engineers relied on the lab data in order to do corrective action, regardless the time required to measure the sample data. It needs about 10 to 60 minutes for measurement.  However corrective action become more critical since it depends on how fast the analyzer gives the user more valid and reliable data.  There are many reasons why engineers need faster response analyzer, for examples :

That’s the reason why people invented process analyzer, faster response time and more sophisticated analyzer. It should be able being installed on the field and give more accurate and reliable data since it presents measurement data in shorter time .

Sample conditioning system is usually needed to adjust and adapt the condition of sample from a process line in order to get the best condition sample flowing into the process analyzer. It must be the most critical part on designing a complete package of analyzer since the wrong sample conditioning system design may bring into the worse measuring data.
